The area in question is in a serious state of neglect with garden rubbish, litter and fly tipping. The land in registry search does not belong to anyone and floods on occasion. This is made worse by lack of management and maintenance of the dyke.

Risk assessed and it has been established that there is no facilities for service users to use whilst undertaking work. Risk assessment also states that access to the area is unsafe and their is potential risk to staff and service users.
