Street sweepers dont opperate arounf this area any more the street cleaning machine cant reach pavement

There is always mounds of rubbish at the corner and front of the old Red Lion Community Centre. The road sweeping machine cant reach the pavement and rubbish is blown around the area getting trapped in wheels of prams, disabled scooters, bikes and blown into peoples houses
