Public litter bin outside Longbow pub regularly issue black bags before left on pavement next to bin These bags need opening and exploring to see idlf the waste is in fact from the pub or elsewhere The pub could have cctv on that bin The bags appeared between last Sunday and another overnight The council workers should be reporting this as they are yhe ones see this when they empty the bins It's not just this bin I see this happening at
