  • The paddock footpath between outram st ,sutton and priestic rd school, has become a dumping ground for rubbish, stolen from outside charity shops in sutton at night ,also the place where drug dealing takes place,ASB,Breaking fencing down etc, used as a toilet, The problem here has got worse since the council shut footpaths around sutton town centre ,they thought they had solved a problem but just moved it on to another area where there is children to and from school, walking thru rubbish and facing ASB daily. Needs sorting.
