Litter in all the flower beds

This is a nice area which is constantly covered in litter - it gets shoved into all the flower beds and on the skate park. It also gets thrown over the fence into the rear of the caves causing glass and litter to go everywhere. It would be nice to get a full clean out of this area and even the large white steps washed down to make the area great again.
