Continuous litter

Sent to Immediate Justice Team 2 minutes later
On Beech Ave and Mount St in New Basford, a lot of litter appears repeatedly. Taxi and delivery drivers park up and leave it. People walk, drive and ride scooters through here, slinging it as they go. People bring cars to fix on Mount Street by Palmerston House and leave car parts and oil. Fly-tipping is often left. I've been clearing it and reporting it most weeks, but I'm exhausted. Please help.

This has been dumped on the corner of Beech Ave and Mount St, presumably by a local business. There are also many black bin bags which have been left under the tree (a pile of 6+ or so). They would appear in the top left corner of the photo if I had a wide angle lense.

Some of my fellow Clean Champion volunteers have been out to clear it for me, as it was getting bad, so I asked them for help. The condoms in front of where I have to go out from Tuntum Housing Association (where I live) have been a bit grim. This has been happening on a public road, but it means that they may have cleared a lot of it for me before you assessed it. The stuff is now hidden under fallen leaves instead.
